• Rail anchor system

  Rail anchor is produced with spring steel or equivalent materials, it is designed to eliminate the move of track. The rail anchor can provide a large bearing surface against the rail base. • Deenik fastening system

  The deenik fastening system is widely used in South America. Rail deenik clip is produced with round or square steel bar, material is 60Si2MnA, 55Si7 or equivalent. The deenik clip offers an increased elasticity and fatigue resistance, it has a relatively longer lifespan.

• K type fastening system

  The K type fastening system is made up of the following items:Clamping plate: A clamping plate is a forged item, we have KPO3, KPO6. The KPO clip is a boltable clip, it is used together with the ribbed baseplate and clip bolt. Clip bolt: also called hook bolt is used for the fastening of the ribbed baseplate. The most common used ones are HS26, HS32 Ribbed baseplate: It is one type of baseplate we offer, normally it is casted. Sleeper screw: The sleeper screw is used to fasten the ribbed baseplate to wooden sleepers, when used in the concrete sleeper, it is used together with the plastic dowel. Fe6 spring washer: It is pre-assembled with the sleeper screw, normally it is used to distribute the load of a threaded fastener.
